I didn’t set out to start a business.

I was in a high-pressure job, caring deeply about the work, the people and the outcomes. Then came twin boys.

The meetings didn’t stop. The pressure didn’t ease.

On paper, I looked like I had it all together.

Behind the scenes, I was running on empty – disconnected, disengaged and barely holding it together.

Once I admitted that to myself, I started seeing it everywhere: incredible people, quietly burning out.

Driven. Capable. Compassionate.

Not because they don’t care.
Not from lack of knowledge.

But because they don’t have the tools – or the time – to protect their wellbeing while they work.

That realisation changed everything.

I went looking for support that actually fit into my life – simple, practical tools I could use right in the moments when stress, pressure and overwhelm hit hardest:
