I’m the founder of Healthy Mind by Corinne and a Workplace Wellbeing Specialist.Â
For well over a decade, I worked in high-pressure corporate roles, working across the globe under relentless deadlines and expectations. I believed resilience meant pushing through at all costs, until the signs of burnout became impossible to ignore.
That realisation set me on a mission to find a better way. I discovered practical tools and strategies I could bring into my workday to support my mental, physical, and emotional health helping me become more resilient, focused, and calm under pressure.
Now, I share those same evidence-based approaches with teams and organisations, helping people easily integrate them into their day so they can build true resilience, the kind that helps them adapt under pressure and bounce back from difficult experiences.
I hold a Bachelor of International Business, am a certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher with a specialisation in corporate programs, and a certified Integrative Health Coach.Â
Through programs like “Simple Habits to Support Health & Wellbeing at Work”, my goal is simple: to help create workplaces where both people and performance thrive.
