Week 2: Day 8-14
Deep Resilience & Presence
Each day, employees will receive a short-guided meditation or practical mindfulness strategy to help them shift how they experience stress, gain new perspectives, and bring more intention into both work and home life.
By the end of this module, employees will be able to:
